🛒 Personal Shopping fee

For our personal shopping (proxy buying) service, the fee is based on the product price.

• 4% of the product price is charged as the service fee.
• Example: for an item worth ₩10,000, the fee is ₩400.

So the total you pay is:

When you use personal shopping, the forwarding handling fee is free.

📦 Package Forwarding fee

For our package forwarding service, the fee is based on the number of parcels.

• Up to 2 parcels: free (must be submitted on a single request form)
• 3 or more parcels: ₩2,000 each

Example: for 5 parcels, the fee is (2 × ₩0) + (3 × ₩2,000) = ₩6,000.

If you submit multiple request forms, the fee is calculated on the combined total — counted by the number of courier tracking numbers.

⚠️ Additional costs & notes

The forwarding fee covers unpacking each arriving parcel and repacking everything into one consolidated box, so please understand it is charged for this handling.

• If your items are stored for more than 1 month, a storage fee of ₩1,000 per day applies from the one-month mark (based on the warehouse arrival date). We are not responsible for loss during long-term storage, so please complete payment as soon as possible.
• If items remain in storage for more than 6 months, DahaeDream may dispose of them at its discretion. Please keep this in mind.
